Socially engaged arts work
Creative facilitation & socially engaged arts:
My performance design work has included working on community projects and socially engaged practices. I've worked on large scale intergenerational projects with over 100 community and professional members, run series' of set, costume and prop design workshops with young people, supported adults who have learning difficulties and young people who have autism and Aspergers syndrome to develop performance and design, and run community costume making sessions.

I also worked as a director / facilitator for several years for Theatre in Education companies. I delivered day-long workshops in schools and colleges in the UK, using scripts and devised techniques to create a play in a day.

Higher & Further Education teaching / facilitation:
I am currently a lecturer in Drama Practice at University of Staffordshire, UK. In the past, I have lectured and run practical sessions in scenography and performance design, and devising and making theatre and performance at both HE and FE level.
My areas of specialism include:
