The Director, an Applied Theatre student, and I worked together through my interest in theatre for social engagement., running workshops with a primary school class over half a term to develop a storyline, script, characters and influence for the design. 



The set, a full size, flat pack beach hut, had wheels and was turned from the inside by hidden actors. Each side of the hut opened out in different ways to produce actors, props, scenery and change the dynamics of the space.
