The industrial, rusted set emerged from the scaffolding already in the theatre. The cladding came off the frames, and the large scaffold like frames and blocks were moved quickly around the stage, used as steps and seats, doorways, windows, barriers, back lit panels, and were used in the battle scene to add sweeping movement and shaping of the space.

The costumes were simple and had a strong, industrial feel. The crisp white of the tunics stood out with the squareness of the set in the otherwise dark stage. The minimal togas were all hand draped and sewn for each character, and the women's collar / hoods were wired to add a sharpness to their waves and folds.
